Hot Smoked Spring Salmon Pâté

We know this holidays can be a busy time so this year why not try something super simple but packed with flavour! Our Hot Smoked Salmon Pâté really is as easy as it gets, while still delivering a truly memorable flavour!

Recipe:

Ingredients: 

 
Method:

  1. Remove salmon skin and shred with a fork (into a mixing bowl)

  2. Combine Boursin cheese, lemon and dill and mix well.

  3. Add sour cream to adjust consistency

  4. Serve with your favourite crackers or spoon onto fresh brioche toast

 

Chef Tips:

  • You can substitute the Boursin with cream cheese and add a splash of maple syrup
  • Try serving this spread / pâté with gourmet crackers to really elevate this treat!
