Hot Smoked Spring Salmon Pâté
We know this holidays can be a busy time so this year why not try something super simple but packed with flavour! Our Hot Smoked Salmon Pâté really is as easy as it gets, while still delivering a truly memorable flavour!

150g Boursin ‘Apple & Maple’ Cheese

1 Lemon (zest & juice)

½ sprig Fresh Dill (finely chopped)

100g Sour Cream
Method:

Remove salmon skin and shred with a fork (into a mixing bowl)

Combine Boursin cheese, lemon and dill and mix well.

Add sour cream to adjust consistency

Serve with your favourite crackers or spoon onto fresh brioche toast
Chef Tips:
- You can substitute the Boursin with cream cheese and add a splash of maple syrup
- Try serving this spread / pâté with gourmet crackers to really elevate this treat!
