These delicious Sockeye Salmon Pies are made by the Aussie Pie Guy using Organic Ocean's wild caught Sockeye Salmon. These style of pies are sometimes referred to as pot pies, or our take on a French-Canadian Tourtière (salmon style). No matter what you call them, we can all agree on its deliciousness.
For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Then bake on a sheet lightly oiled or lined with baking/parchment paper (prevents sticking) for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F or until the crust is golden brown.
