The Wooden Boat Food Company Nuoc Cham is a secret Vietnamese family recipe created by Chef Thompson Tran. This premium dipping sauce is made with only natural ingredients and is a wonderfully fresh and light alternative to heavier sodium laced Asian sauces. Sweet, salty, sour and packed with umami, Nuoc Cham adds a burst of flavour to any of your home cooked meals. Nuoc Cham is also commonly referred to as fish sauce (for dipping).
Nuoc Cham is highly versatile and can be used as a dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls, the perfect addition for salad dressings and wonderful marinade with our Succulent and Tender Squid Steaks.
