Sumptuous scallops done right!
I followed instructions, heated cast iron pan, added oil, pressed scallops into pan for 45 seconds, then flipped, added butter spooning over scallops for another 45 seconds, then onto the plates.I added fresh dill and lemon wedges, Voila!! Scrumptious Dilly Yumptious...Smiles all around

My first order with you and I thought I read that the canned salmon was extra special, and so I ordered a case, but…I dunno, it seems pretty ordinary to me. I’ve also eaten some frozen halibut and it was pretty good. I’ve also eaten some frozen halibut and it was pretty good. But the thing is I live on Vancouver Island and I have a few great seafood stores to buy fish from. It was the salmon…no biggie…and the delivery guy did a booboo…left my heavy box out at the gate in the rain and it was hard for me to retrieve. Maybe I’ll try again and remind about bringing the box up to the door/porch. We’ll see.

Petrale is an ideal canvas for many serving styles. I usually go for a simple, yummy one. A thin coating of mayo, topped by panko bread crumbs , flip once and squeeze a lemon on top. Crunchy, flavourful and VERY easy!
