Smoked Sockeye Salmon Tarte Recipe

Ingredients:
- 113 g Organic Ocean Smoked Sockeye Salmon torn in half
- 1 sheet of pre-rolled puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg whisked
- 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 1/8 sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp capers
- Handful of dill chopped
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
- Pepper (to taste)
Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a large sheet pans with parchment paper
- Place pastry on the parchment and brush with egg
- Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown
- Let the pastry cool for 20 minutes (the center will be puffed up but you can gently push it down to make room for the filling)
- Spread the cream cheese filling and top with salmon slices and sprinkle with red onions, capers, dill, lemon, and a few good 'whacks' of freshly grated pepper.
