Organic Ocean’s delicious canned salmon was developed by celebrated sustainable seafood chef, Robert Clark. Hand packed in 170 g cans, our canned sockeye salmon is all natural using only BC Sockeye salmon from our majestic river systems and sea salt - no added oil or water. Canadian Sockeye salmon have traditionally had a higher healthy Omega 3 fat content than other wild salmon from around the world. This creates an amazing and enjoyable flavour profile that’s unmatched with any other canned salmon in the world. Most canned salmon are cooked twice; once before canning, and once during the canning process. However, our fish are only cooked once, during the canning process. We believe that this allows the fish to retain more of its natural flavour and nutrients, and it’s still ready to eat right out of the can.
