We’ve taken our signature all-natural, sashimi quality 30/40 Hokkaido sea scallops and wrapped them with naturally smoked, center cut Canadian bacon to create a classic recipe that provides rich flavours and a comfort inducing taste that’s guaranteed to satisfy. Pan fried or baked with a squeeze of lemon and cocktail sauce, scallops wrapped in bacon are the perfect appetizer to enjoy with close family or those in your bubble.
Thaw in refrigerator overnight for optimum results. Make sure scallops are completely thawed prior to cooking, For pan fry, pat dry and pan fry the bacon by rolling them on the hot pan until the bacon is crisp. To bake, pat dry, set oven at 425 F and bake for 15 minutes, then broil on high for 1 minute on each side.

The scallops were delicious. I broiled them and served with a mayo siracha dipping sauce. Guests loved them!
These are the best bacon-wrapped scallops, and they far exceed my (comparatively lame) efforts to make them from scratch at home. These are positively luxurious, combining the rich, fresh-tasting, almost buttery-smooth scallops with crispy bacon. True, you can buy an equivalent in the the grocery store and pay less for it, but you get what you pay for. These scallops are a beautiful and elegant appetizer for a special occasion. I made them exactly according to the directions on the Organic Ocean website. They turned out perfectly and impressed everyone! They are worth the price, easily. I will be ordering more very soon.
We are so happy you enjoyed your bacon wrapped scallops, thank you for the kind words Jane!
I purchased both the bacon wrapped and regular scallops. Both are so delicious! Love the convenience of the pre wrapped ones and the versatility of the plain ones. Highly recommend both products
I've been keeping a small stock (2 bags) on hand at all times for short-notice dinner parties, and when that occurs these are always pulled out for our guests. Likewise, they are always the first to disappear. I like the fact they are simply made and easy to prep.
