How to Cook Lingcod

This Pacific Ocean gem is incredibly flexible in the ways you can prepare it. Lingcod is great on the grill, pan seared, smoked, air fried and baked. You can even prepare this into the best fish and chips you've ever had! Need help with ideas, check out our Chef Tips on how to cook Lingcod.

How to Cook Sockeye Salmon

Sockeye salmon fillets are so versatile as they can be grilled, steamed, poached, sauteed, broiled and baked. Organic Ocean Sockeye Salmon is sushi and sashimi quality, and when we use that terminology it means we follow Canadian food safety standards so you can enjoy our salmon fillets raw as sashimi and sushi. Rich in flavour, sockeye salmon needs very little spices or condiments to enjoy it’s fantastic taste. We love throwing it on our BBQ skin side down with a simple squeeze of lemon or dash of soy sauce. No need for anything else. But be careful - sockeye salmon has a firm flesh so it can overcook easily. If you’d prefer individual portions check out our Healthy Sockeye Salmon Portions.
