Sockeye Salmon has the reddest flesh of any of the 5 species of wild salmon caught off the west coast of Canada and Alaska. Prized for its firm texture and rich flavour, it is the most popular wild salmon species because it tastes great and retains its beautiful red colour even after cooking. Organic Ocean Sockeye Salmon fillets are high in heart-healthy omega-3s which lower your chance of heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's disease and some types of cancer. It’s also one of the best sources of Vitamin B12.
Responsibly net caught in the North Pacific, Organic Ocean Wild Sockeye Salmon are filleted skin-on and boneless.
Sockeye salmon fillets are so versatile and may be grilled, steamed, poached, sautéed, broiled and baked. Organic Ocean Sockeye Salmon is sushi and sashimi quality, and when we use that terminology it means we follow Canadian food safety standards so you can enjoy our salmon fillets raw as sashimi and sushi. Rich in flavour, sockeye salmon needs very little spices or condiments to enjoy it’s fantastic taste. We love throwing it on our BBQ skin side down with a simple squeeze of lemon or dash of soy sauce. No need for anything else. But be careful - sockeye salmon has a firm flesh so it can overcook easily. If you’d prefer individual portions check out our Sockeye Salmon Portions Bulk Pack.

We enjoy ordering and eating this salmopn
The order came exactly as expected, with no hassle and the sockeye salmon is the best I have ever tried. I eat salmon every day as part of my diet by salt broiling it quickly ( like for my breakfast with rice )so it has been mega easy to get it on my plate quick. Maybe 5 minutes under HI heat and I am digging in. Great with my Cajun rub in a pan for blackening, and good as sashimi as well. Tasty skin too which isn't always the case unless the salmon is really good. 100 percent will buy again.
Their customer for years. Always great product and excellent service.
Consistently delicious no matter how it is cooked!
