Sushi is one of those exotic meals people often go out for, but instead of heading to the closest sushi restaurant we make it easy for you to flex your home-chef creativity. The Organic Ocean Homemade Sushi Kit includes all of the ingredients you need to make your own sushi rolls at home. It’s as simple as lining your bamboo mat with nori, spreading sushi rice evenly, then adding your favorite sushi quality fish, and you’re rolling sushi.
Sushi quality fish and seafood from Organic Ocean is more than marketing buzzwords. It means we follow the guidelines set by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for handling seafood meant for raw consumption - such as sushi rolls and nigiri. For best results remove seafood from it’s vacuum pack and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
