Chef Dave Lamers
Chef and Co-owner of Abruzzi Dave Lamers has taken the kitchen of Abruzzi and made it his own through the use of simple and fresh ingredients. After a four year stint as head chef at Tru restaurant, Lamers decided it was time for his own restaurant where he could bring the true taste of Italy to London.
