Chef Brad Lomanto
Growing up working in kitchens for little pay, long hours and having to work hard, Chef Lomanto found a passion for cooking. After working in restaurants in the United States and abroad Lomanto found his home at Cambridge Mill as head chef.

Chef Jason Bangerter
After completing his degree at George Brown College Chef School Chef Jason Bangerter went to work for captain of the Culinary Team Canada, John Higgins. After years at numerous acclaimed restaurants around Canada, and internationally, Bangerter decided a stay at Langdon hall was for him; during his tenure he won an acclaimed 5 Diamond Restaurant Award by CAA in 2014.
