Chef Michael Stauffer

Chef Michael Stauffer started working in kitchens at age 15 before going onto the University of Guelph and Le Condon Bleu in Paris to study. He proceeded to work at Michelin starred Le Grand Vefour before returning to Canada and becoming the Executive chef at Ancaster Mill.
